Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Typically 3–7 business days
International Shipping: Typically 7–21 business days depending on customs and location

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather-related issues. However, we’re always happy to help you track your package or resolve shipping concerns.

Refunds & Returns

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items with original tags and hygienic liners intact. Items must be in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Swimwear worn or washed
  • Items without original tags or liners
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at bela@belabeachwear.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
